If you're experiencing any issues with your PAX Era Pod not drawing any vapor, please review the information below.
While uncommon, occasionally the wick in an PAX Pod can become oversaturated which will make it a bit difficult to draw from. There are a few ways I've found to resolve this hiccup:
1. Turn the temperature setting on your PAX ERA device to its highest setting. Taking a few long, extended draws at this setting will usually clear any excess oil from the airflow chamber and allow for smooth vaporization once more.
2. Place the PAX Pod inside a small ziplock bag and seal tightly. Inside of this tightly sealed bag, run the cartridge under warm water for 1-2 minutes. This is an effective way of warming the oil without doing any damage to the cartridge.
Please be sure to never expose your PAX Pods to extreme heat (Under 45, over 85 degrees) for extended periods of time. We also recommend taking shorter draws from your ERA Pods as extended draws taken in rapid succession can heat the oil enough to push too much down into the airflow chamber. It's important to let the oil settle and cool in between draws.
If this doesn't help, check out PAX’s device troubleshooting, and please feel free to reach out to us if issues persist.
